This is the Launch Event for the second paper that ERCST is publishing on the Review of the EU ETS. During this event, we will launch “Managing the EU ETS for decarbonization”.
The session will highlight key findings and how to manage the EU ETS to ensure that it ensures industrial decarbonization while preserving the competitiveness of the EU industrial sector. The discussion will focus on a number of issues, including the role, architecture and governance of the MSR.
