The European Commission has put forward its proposal on July 17 which also include the Impact Assessment. This proposal is being read and analyzed in parallel by market analysts of price formation and cap architecture, and by analysts in financial markets looking at the impact it will have on the financial health of those that need to comply.
This session is an opportunity to put side by side national modelling set against the Impact Assessment, the market’s supply arithmetic, the science of the cap, and the view from a compliance balance sheet.
As the proposal will set a new cap trajectory on the basis of modelled projections, analyzing those projections becomes very important for this review.
