On March 18, ERCST presented the Sectoral CBAM Report with a deep dive into the specificities of individual sectors as well as chapter synthetizing the findings to a general CBAM Design. On April 22, ERCST announced the EU CBAM Proposal.

During this Conference the ERCST will invite global stakeholders in order to engage in the outreach activities. As part of the continued BCA Project, it will serve to take stock of the reactions on the European Commission’s proposal for “selected sectors” expected to be released in 2021 and should be introduced by the end of 2022.
