This report is part of the “Mobilising Article 6 Trading Structures” (MATS) funded by the Swedish Energy Agency. It highlights lessons learned from the programme related to guidance for host countries and potential buyers and sellers of ITMOs including institutional and contractual arrangements. The report aims to provide background and a roadmap for Article 6 readiness for host countries.
