Preparing the review of the Market Stability Reserve
March 28 @ 13:00 - 16:30
The MSR has started to operate this year and the first review is scheduled in 2021. In this review, the track-record and impacts of the MSR will be analysed. Based on this analysis, and a discussion on what the MSR is ought to achieve, a decision will have to be made on whether or not to change the parameters, and if so, how.
During this event, ERCST will present an outline on how a review of the MSR could be carried out, and which parameters are to be monitored. This will be followed by two panel discussions: one on the goals and functions of the MSR and one on indicators to monitor for the 2021 review.
