What does it take to get the 6.4 mechanism up and running?

This presentation was delivered by Amy Steen from the UNFCCC at the informal dialogue on Article 6 meeting – March 26, 2020. The purpose of the presentation is to provide secretariat experience in operating constituted bodies and the Kyoto flexible mechanisms to indicate what is needed overall to “get 6.4 started”.
