This technical paper has been prepared by the SBSTA Secretariat for consideration at SBSTA 57, to be held in November 2022, as well as in the intersessional period. This paper includes recommendations for guidelines for the reviews, infrastructure, registries and the connection between the registries. It also includes options for tables and outlines.
