Standardized Crediting Framework for Energy Access: Program Protocol: Senegal Pilot

This report describes the Standardised Crediting Framework (SCF) as a streamlined approach that combines many of the reforms previously proposed for the Clean Development Mechanism (CDM) under the Kyoto Protocol. The SCF is applied in a pilot program in Senegal for results-based financing for climate change mitigation.
