This paper provides an overview of potential issues that may arise when developing CRTs and CTFs, as well as discusses options that could be considered by Parties. The paper also provides options for CTFs for reporting on information necessary to track progress made in implementing and achieving NDCs and how these options could be used for different types of NDC targets.
