At COP26, negotiators will need to agree on adopting Common Tabular Formats (CTFs) that are necessary for reporting and tracking of progress towards NDCs under Article 4 of the Paris Agreement. This paper explores concrete examples and worked examples for the structured summary of information to track progress, including on information on cooperative approaches.
