Reflections on baseline methodologies and role of host country in Art 6.4

This presentation was delivered by Andrei Marcu from ERCST at the informal dialogue on Article 6 meeting – March 25, 2021. The first part of the presentation gives an overview of main points of the discussion on baseline methodologies and present reflections. The second part of the presentations looks at the third version of the Proposal by the Presidency text of Madrid on Article 6.4 to identify provisions that relate to the role of the host party.
