COP26 will see parallel negotiations on Article 6 and the ETF reporting formats needed to operationalise paragraph 77d.

With this in mind, this paper distils six considerations for the finalisation of the negotiation texts to ensure that transparency is a sufficient deterrent to prevent a ‘race to the bottom’ in the reporting and review cycle for Article. 6.2.
