Promoting Article 6 readiness in NDCs and NDC implementation plans

This paper provides guidance for countries to design NDCs and implementation plans for NDCs in order to promote Art 6 readiness and facilitate international carbon markets under Article 6 of the Paris Agreement in ensuring environmental integrity and transformational change. In addition, information is presented for different stakeholders to take into account NDC targets and implementation plans when designing Article 6 cooperation.
