This document is the official text from the Swiss-Peruvian Agreement on cooperation under Article 6 of the Paris Agreement. The agreement aims to establish a comprehensive framework the regulate the transfer of mitigation outcomes between Switzerland and Peru to include safeguards for sustainable development and ensuring environmental integrity. The agreement will be aligned with the outcome of the Article 6 negotiations and consequent rulebook, and national regulations of both countries.
