Best available technology and benchmark baseline setting under the Article 6.4 mechanism

This study presents possible options for including the best available technology/technique as a potential baseline approach in Article 6.4 rules, modalities and procedures. The study explores definitions of benchmarking and BAT/BATq approaches, as well as previous experience with these approaches in other baseline and credit schemes.
