This paper provides a quantitative analysis of the implications of different policy choices on OMGE, SOP and transition. These issues are analysed both in isolation as well as the interactions between them in order to inform UNFCCC negotiations on Article 6. The analysis provides a simplified representation of a potential Article 6 carbon credit market by identifying potential supply, demand and prices for ITMOs. The quantitative impacts are evaluated based on 8 criteria: GHG emissions, host and buyers country emissions, SOP for adaptation finance, credit price, buyer cost savings, market revenue and project owner profits.
