This presentation was delivered by Andrei Marcu from ERCST at the informal dialogue on Article 6 meeting – May 26, 2021. The presentation gives an overview of an ERCST paper on multi-metric accounting including issuance and usage of ITMOs, conversion scenarios and reporting requirements.
