This paper provides a detailed overview for host countries when developing an Article 6 strategy. Institutional arrangements are discussed that need to be established in order to support the implementation of the activity cycle for Art 6.2 activities and transactions, as well as required functions at national level and options for allocating these functions to national institutions.
