This paper presents a number of arguments for the inclusion of nuclear energy under cooperative approaches of Article 6 of the Paris Agreement. Unlike the traditional approach to include nuclear energy under the technology mechanism, this paper favours arguments in support of including nuclear energy under paragraphs 6.2-6.3 and 6.8-6.9.
