This presentation was delivered by Molly Peters-Stanley from the US Department of State at the informal dialogue on Article 6 meeting – March 26, 2020. This presentation looks at what needs to be in place including in terms of governance, administrative arrangements, methodologies etc. The draft text is analysed to identify elements that still need to be addressed and what is already out of the way.
