It is of utmost importance to promote the discussion on how to transform existing Clean Development Mechanism (CDM) and Joint Implementation (JI) methodologies to reflect the requirements of the Article 6 decisions. This paper discusses the Article 6 baseline setting tool being developed under the II-AMT.
