Hydrogen paper in preparation for the ‘Fit for 55 package’: Identifying key issues and questions

This paper will:

• Provide a high level summary of the current policy framework;
• Analyse key issues and questions  before the publication of the ‘Fit for 55 package’;
• Point out convergence of views between different stakeholders on key issues;
• A prospective exercise about where (in which pieces of legislation) key issues identified will be addressed in the upcoming legislation review.
