This policy brief is part of ERCST’s work stream on Carbon Contracts for Difference.
This policy brief aims to better understand the rationale and purpose of this instrument while at the same time providing further guidance on CCfDs key design and implementation features. This will be done through the presentation of the results of a ERCST survey carried out among relevant stakeholders.
