ERCST response to the UK Authority’s consultation on ‘Integrating Greenhouse Gas Removals in the UK Emissions Trading Scheme’

This position is ERCST response to the the Department for Energy Security & Net Zero open consultation on ‘Integrating Greenhouse Gas Removals (GGRs) in the UK Emissions Trading Scheme (ETS’).

In its feedback on the UK ETS open consultation, ERCST highlights several issues that are important with respect to the integration of GGRs into UK ETS.

ERCST submitted its response to the Department on August 7th, 2024.
