Position paper – Comments to the public consultation on the 2030 Climate Target Plan

This position paper accompanied ERCST’s response to the Commission’s public consultation for the EU Climate ambition for 2030 and for the design of certain climate and energy policies of the European Green Deal.
In this submission, ERCST’s general position is outlined, and some issues are raised to illustrate that the results of this consultation should be interpreted with the necessary caveats, care and caution.
