This position is ERCST response to the European Commission Public consultation on ‘Methodology to determine the greenhouse gas (GHG) emission savings of low-carbon fuels’ (and low-carbon hydrogen).
In its feedback, ERCST raises concerns and proposes enhancements to the draft Delegated Act.
