Andrei Marcu, together with Jos Delbeke, Sebastian Cross, Julia Michalak & Lily Ginsberg Keig, discussed the role of international carbon credits in the EU 2040 target.
He said “there is not enough demand for carbon credits, and supply it’s simply not there in the way that we want it”
