Tommaso Paperini

Junior Policy Analyst - EU ETS

Tommaso joined ERCST in November 2025 as a Junior Policy Analyst, focusing mainly on EU ETS.

Previously, he worked as a Policy and Communication Assistant at EUMICON, the European Mineral Resources Confederation, and before that at Cerame-Unie, where he focused on Climate, Energy, and Trade policy, gaining practical experience on climate-related EU files.

Tommaso holds a double Master’s degree in Politics and Public Administration from the University of Konstanz and International Relations from Charles University in Prague. Before that, he obtained his Bachelor’s degree in International Diplomatic Science from the University of Genova in Italy.
